Naseej, one of the Middle East’s leading digital transformation solution providers, announced a new partnership with the pioneering social robotics and conversational AI company, Furhat Robotics.
Revealed at the LEAP23 conference in Riyadh, which took place early February of this year, the collaboration will see Naseej integrate Furhat Robotics’ cutting-edge solutions with its own dynamic offering to provide customers with a truly unique and engaging experience and accelerate the adoption of these technologies in the region.
Furhat is a highly advanced social robot with a human face, designed to interact with users in a natural and intuitive way. With its state-of-the-art AI technology, Furhat Robotics is a global leader in the practical application of conversational robots. It has the distinctive capacity to understand emotions and respond to people in real-time, making it a highly effective solution for a wide range of applications – from customer service and education to entertainment and beyond.
Under the terms of the partnership, Naseej will work closely with the firm to assess and develop opportunities and new applications that leverage the capabilities of the social robot. This will include the integration of Furhat’s proprietary technology into Naseej’s existing products, particularly in the education sector and across the cultural space, to enable the provision of a genuinely transformational and captivating experience for Naseej’s customer base.
Potential customers within the region will have the chance to meet and interact with Furhat during the upcoming Annual Conference & Exhibition of the Special Libraries Association (Gulf Chapter) in Kuwait, which will take place on the 7th of March 2023; whereby Furhat will be exhibiting alongside Naseej at the event.
