Based in the GCC, Dr. Clare Beckett-McInroy is an Organisational and Executive Coach (CPCC, PCC with International Coaching Federation, MAC with Association for Coaching International), Trainer and Founder of BIZNET and BECKETT MCINROY CONSULTANCY (BMC, OMAC). Clare has worked in public and private education, medical, banking, telecom, oil and gas, and business sectors as well as with high-net worth families, enabling transformations in people and organisations. Clare is Level A (ability) and B (personality traits) with the British Psychological Society and she holds a Research Doctorate from the University of Bath, (UK) and a range of qualifications in psychometric instruments, coaching and career guidance. She has presented at numerous international universities, including Harvard University (US) and has over 50 published articles and book chapters. Clare is also an Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching with EMCC and a Committee member for European mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
