Art Sparkle with Trevor Waugh’, a watercolour activation by IWS Arabia, will take place on Friday, February 3rd,2023, from 5 p. m. to 9 p. m. at Reem Art Gallery, Jumeirah.

There’s nothing quite as relaxing as putting a brush to watercolours and watching a new masterpiece come to life. But unfortunately, not all of us are creatively gifted, so we need a helping hand. So what could be better to round out the weekend than with a live demonstration and an interactive workshop with an internationally renowned and highly regarded British fine artist?

International Watercolour Society Arabia invites communities, artists, art lovers, students and corporates to join hands to promote sustainable art through watercolour. It believes in promoting sustainable art through eco-friendly media such as watercolour, gouache, poster colours, tempera and much more.

The Interactive workshop ‘Art Sparkle with Master Trevor Waugh’ will be held at Reem Art Gallery, Jumeirah, on the perfect Friday evening. Trevor will reveal commonly overlooked ways of watercolour painting through a live demonstration. Working mainly in watercolour and oils and occasionally in mixed media, Master Trevor Waugh works in an impressionistic, loose artistic style that brings light and life to his chosen subjects. His topics are diverse, and genres include Portrait, Landscape, Flowers, Figurative, Street scenes and scenes from the Middle East.

Everyone is invited to attend and absorb the inspiration and passion of sustainable art in an exciting destination that encourages art for a better world.
