Syrve, already operating in 54 countries, established an Egypt office in Cairo, the country’s capital. The company is planning to expand innovative food tech solutions for restaurant automation throughout the country. Egypt has been chosen after several rounds of research within the MENA region. The current stake is taken on the cost of entrance, hunger for tech in the country and the overall demand on education in terms of restaurant management.
“Along with the tech itself we are planning on applying our experience in restaurant business and introducing the best practices, implementation procedures and training protocols. The Syrve’s team is trying to be as advanced as possible, since in our opinion the country is craving for tech — the full scope of our solutions is going to be in place”, — Alexander Ponomarev, Syrve MENA CEO commented.
Syrve will provide the most innovative software solutions according to the latest food tech trends, including FaceID, AI Forecasting, and powerful Application Program Interface (API). Syrve’s API is going to be used extensively to integrate with local solutions and providers in Egypt that have already gained a place in their markets and are used by thousands of people. Besides technological solutions and POS-systems, Syrve provides implementation procedures and training for restaurants’ teams in order to help food services to integrate innovative technologies into the daily work routine and ensure perfect employees’ preparation to use the equipment.
Currently Syrve is focusing on middle to high segmented customers, fine dining restaurants, small to medium chains of any type of service in Egypt. Among the company’s clients in a new Egyptian market is Vinny’s Pizzeria with 3 branches in Cairo.
